Kumar’s Import cannot guarantee any firm shipping/delivery schedule and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of the Company.

Kumar’s Import will use reasonable attempts to deliver products of acceptable quality to the shipping/delivery address specified by the customer.

The product(s) will be shipped/delivered to the shipping/delivery address specified by the customer in the order.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. The shipping may vary depending on the product, and its availability. Typically, within the United States, it is 2-7 business days.

The customer will receive an email notification once the package is ready to be shipped/delivered.

We ship all items on our site free of charge on all orders in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the customer does not receive the product(s) within the estimated delivery lead time below, the customer should email the Company at kumarsimports@yahoo.com with an order number for more information. The Company will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

The courier service will attempt a maximum of two (2) times shipping/delivery to the customer. If the customer is still not able to receive the shipment/delivery, the order will be considered rejected.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the items in accordance with our Return Policy: https://kumarsimports.com/return-policy.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at kumarsimports@yahoo.com or through our online contact form: https://kumarsimports.com/contact-us. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
